Forget the crash diet and over-the-top workouts. The key is showing up consistently, day after day, even for just 15 minutes. Small steps yield big results.
3️⃣ They prioritize recovery, not guilt.
Rest is just as crucial as sweat. Whether that’s a day of mobility, an easy walk, or simply skipping a session to get more sleep, they understand rest is a strategy, not slacking.
4️⃣ They listen to their bodies.
