Exciting Updates Coming Soon to the KatFit Strength App!

I’m so excited to share that I’m adding some fantastic new features to the KatFit Strength app for all of you!

  • I’m building a library of workouts perfect for vacations or when you’re on the go. Whether you’re traveling or need a quick workout, these will help you stay on track no matter where life takes you.
  • I’m also expanding the mobility flows to help relieve those daily aches and tightness. These flows will make recovering and staying flexible easier, especially when life gets busy.
  • Knowing how fast-paced family life can be, I’m updating the nutrition and meal planning to make it easier for you. The new plans will feature repeatable meals that are quick to prepare so that you can fuel your body without all the stress.

But there’s more coming… and I can’t wait to share it all with you!
