Everywhere you look, someone is telling you that you’re broken. That you need fixing. If you do not buy their product, join their challenge, or wear their weighted vest, you’ll fall behind.

It’s exhausting. And it’s not the truth.

This week on the Miles From Her View podcast, I’m pulling back the curtain on what the fitness industry doesn’t want you to think about:

👉 Your body isn’t a project to fix.
👉 Your worth isn’t measured in calories burned, steps tracked, or the size of a gap in your core.
👉 You don’t need fear-based marketing to feel strong and capable.

I share my own story moving from coaching college athletes to working with real women in every season of life and why that shift opened my eyes to the damage this culture of perfection can do.
