August is the Sunday of the summer months.
Hey Reader,
Between family trips, packed weekends, and zero routine, it’s easy to look at your summer goals and think, “well, that didn’t happen.”
Here’s the thing: it’s not too late. You can still roll into fall feeling stronger, more consistent, and like you’re actually prioritizing yourself.
Here’s what I’m doing:
From now through Wednesday, August 13, I’m answering ANY question you have about strength training, running, or how KatFit’s online programs (Essentials or Premier) can fit your life right now.
Hit reply, ask away, and I’ll give you a straight, no-fluff answer by Thursday night.
Not sure what to ask? Here are a few good ones I’ve gotten before:
➡️ “I feel like I’ve lost my strength this summer—where should I even start?”
➡️ “Can I train for fall races and still build strength?”
➡️ “Is KatFit Essentials enough for me, or do I need Premier?”
➡️ “How do I stay consistent when my schedule is chaos?”
Questions that DON’T work well:
❌ “Can you make me a whole plan in one email?” (That’s literally what the programs are for!)
